1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Registration fee is non-refundable. No refunds for any reason, including inability to participate. 2. WEATHER & POSTPONEMENT Event may be postponed due to weather. No refund. Your registration remains valid for the rescheduled date. 3. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AAVJO is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items. Secure your belongings. 4. INJURY & HEALTH LIABILITY Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that occur. AAVJO is not liable. 5. MEDICAL CLEARANCE Consult a doctor if you have pre-existing health conditions. Participate at your own risk. 6. HYDRATION & NUTRITION Stay hydrated before, during, and after the run. It is your responsibility to manage your hydration. 7. AGE & ELIGIBILITY Minimum age: 10 years. Participants under 18 need parental consent. No maximum age limit. 8. CONDUCT Respect other runners and volunteers. Violent or abusive behavior will result in disqualification without refund. 9. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA AAVJO may photograph/video you during the event. By participating, you consent to use in promotional materials. 10. COURSE & TIMING Stay on the designated course. Timing is recorded for reference only. Cutting the course results in disqualification. 11. MEDICAL SUPPORT First aid volunteers are present. Serious emergencies escalate to professional services. Medical transport costs are your responsibility. 12. DISQUALIFICATION Disqualified participants (violent behavior, intoxication, cutting course) receive no refund. 13. EVENT MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION AAVJO reserves the right to modify the course, change times, or cancel due to safety concerns. Organizer cancellation = full refund. 14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK By registering, you acknowledge all risks and assume full responsibility for your participation. 15. LIABILITY WAIVER AAVJO is released from all liability for injuries, accidents, health issues, or damages. You participate at your own risk. 16.
