The organizer is solely responsible for the planning, execution, safety, quality, legality, and conduct of the event. Participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions when choosing to join or attend any activity. AroundU does not guarantee the accuracy of event details, the identity or behavior of any user, or the safety, suitability, or outcome of any activity. Users participate in events at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AroundU shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, fraud, misconduct, dispute, cancellation, refund issue, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to: participation in any activity or event, interaction between users, payments made to organizers, cancellation, rescheduling, or non-fulfillment of an event, or any actions or omissions of organizers or participants. AroundU is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between users. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the organizer and participants.
