You can map extra columns before importing. A connected WhatsApp account or Meta lead form can add leads when you enable those sources.
Your team uses records for bookings, check-in, customer support and the campaigns you choose to run. AI calls require consent evidence and a reviewed campaign before launch.
Owners and administrators control their workspace. Premium adds custom roles for customer data access, including separate view, edit, import and export permissions. Restricted teammates cannot export customer data unless you grant that permission.
Direct Pro and Premium offer audience exports in CSV or Excel for permitted users. For a broader export, correction or account-exit deletion, contact AroundU. Legal retention and temporary backup limits are explained in the full privacy policy.
WhatsApp and Meta Connect the accounts you use. Meta lead sync and ads depend on your account permissions and setup. Provider usage and ad spend are separate from your plan.
AI and calls AI tools help prepare work you request. AI calling needs an approved playbook, provider setup, consent evidence and a reviewed audience. Call outcomes and provider transcripts may be retained for review. Usage is charged separately.
Your relationship AroundU does not sell or rent organizer or attendee data, or use an organizer's attendee records to market AroundU to those people.
Ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your organizer data. We may verify that you are authorized to make the request.
