Before Joining

• Age preferably 23–40 years.
• Must be comfortable with long road journeys.
• Share of trip expenses to be paid in advance.
• Valid government ID mandatory.

During the Trip

• Respect fellow travelers at all times.
• No unnecessary drama, arguments, or disruptive behavior.
• Punctuality is expected. The group will not wait indefinitely.
• Keep the vehicle and accommodation clean.
• Expenses will be tracked and shared equally.

Safety First

• Driver's decisions regarding safety, weather, road conditions, and timing will be final.
• Seat belts whenever applicable.
• No risky behavior for photos, reels, or social media content.
• Trekking/viewpoint visits will be at your own discretion and risk.

Accommodation

• Accommodation will be on a shared basis.
• Room allocation will be decided by the group organizer.
• Respect quiet hours and fellow travelers.

Cancellation Policy

• Any non-refundable bookings already made will be deducted from refunds.
• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
