What is included in the free 30-day trial?
Eligible new organizers can try the full website + WhatsApp AI package for 30 days, including the branded booking website with hosting, the AroundU app and up to 1,000 AI-handled customer messages. The same configured questions, eligibility rules, registration tools and customer workspace are included. WhatsApp provider usage, ad spend, domain registration and payment-gateway charges remain separate.
What happens after the 30 days?
No card is needed and the trial does not renew automatically. If you choose to continue, the package costs ₹4,999/month + GST and includes 1,000 AI-handled customer messages per billing month. The 30-day offer is for eligible new organizers, with one trial per organizer. Paid tools stop when the trial ends unless you subscribe. WhatsApp provider usage and other third-party charges are separate.
Can customers ask questions in their own words?
Yes. The assistant uses AI to understand natural questions in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and answers using your saved business information. Customers can ask something midway through registration, then continue from where they left off. The conversations on this page are authored examples, not a live AI chat.
Will it register everyone who messages us?
No. Asking about a price, a time or an age limit keeps the conversation going. Registration starts after clear intent, such as “I’d like to book.” The assistant checks your configured requirements, collects the details and asks for confirmation before submitting.
What if I already have a website?
Keep using it. You can use AroundU’s WhatsApp assistant, shared inbox and customer tools alongside your existing website. A branded booking website with hosting is included in this plan if you need one; domain registration is separate.
Do I get an app to keep track of my business?
Yes. Use the AroundU app to track bookings, attendees, payments and customers on your phone, with access to your organizer tools. Your website carries your business’s branding. The included mobile app is the AroundU app; a separate custom-branded app is not part of this package.
Can I set different rules and forms for each experience?
Yes. Choose the experiences or enquiry forms it handles, set the required questions and eligibility rules, and decide where your team must approve. You can save business answers and choose a relaxed, business or serious reply tone.
How do paid bookings and QR tickets work?
After the customer confirms their details, the assistant can send a payment link in WhatsApp. The link opens secure checkout. The paid booking and entry QR are issued after verified payment and any required approval. Enquiry forms save requirements for follow-up and do not issue tickets.
Can wedding planners, classes and venues use it?
Yes. Use registrations for bookable experiences and enquiry forms for requirements such as dates, guest counts and budgets. A wedding enquiry saves the details for your team to follow up; the date, availability and final price still need your team’s confirmation.
When does my team step in?
Your team handles requests that need a person, answers the assistant cannot establish from your saved information, and approvals you require. One unanswered question does not freeze the thread: the assistant can handle later questions it can answer. Staff can also reply from the shared inbox.
What do the 1,000 AI-handled messages include?
Your free 30-day trial includes up to 1,000 customer messages processed by AI. Afterward, the paid plan includes 1,000 per billing month. These are messages, not conversations or bookings. Each customer message counts once, even if the assistant takes several AI steps to handle it. Extra packs of 500 cost ₹1,500 + GST and expire at the current billing-month reset. You choose whether to buy a pack; there are no automatic purchases.
