DAY 0 - THE JOURNEY BEGINS
Travel overnight from Bangalore to Kodaikanal in a comfortable AC Tempo Traveller.

- Domlur - 8:30 PM
- Marathahalli KLM - 9:00 PM
- Silk Board Metro Station - 9:45 PM
- Electronic City - 10:15 PM
Enjoy fun ice-breaker activities hosted by our trip leader and get to know your fellow travellers.
DAY 1 - EXPLORE KODAIKANAL
Arrive early morning, check into the premium villa, freshen up, and enjoy breakfast.

DAY 2 - WATERFALLS & TREK
Freshen up, enjoy breakfast, and check out.
Visit:
- Vattakanal Falls
- Dolphin Nose (Trek ~2-3KM)
- Altaf`s Cafe (Self-sponsored Lunch)
Begin the return journey to Bangalore.
DAY 3 - ARRIVAL
Reach Bangalore at approximately 6:00 AM (subject to traffic and weather).

Terms & Conditions – Kodaikanal Trip
- Participants must be 21 years or above and carry a valid original government-issued ID.
- Booking is confirmed only after payment of the full amount or required advance.
- Participants must arrive at their selected pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Accommodation is on a shared basis. Male and female participants will be accommodated separately unless travelling as a couple.
- The package includes AC Tempo Traveller transportation from Bangalore, premium villa stay, breakfast on both days, sightseeing, a mocktail party, and a dedicated trip host.
- Lunch, dinner, cycling charges, personal expenses, shopping, medication, and travel insurance are not included.
- The itinerary and sightseeing locations may change due to weather, traffic, local restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Participants must follow the trip host's instructions and maintain respectful behaviour towards fellow travellers.
- Any damage to the accommodation, vehicle, or equipment will be charged to the responsible participant.
- The Villa Circle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings.
- Consumption of illegal substances, harassment, or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund.
- The booking amount is non-refundable once confirmed. No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations, no-shows, or missed departures.
- Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by The Villa Circle.
- If The Villa Circle cancels the trip, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Applicable refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- By booking, participants agree to follow all trip guidelines and instructions issued by The Villa Circle team.
