TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Participants must be 21 years or above and carry a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Booking is confirmed only upon successful payment. The booking amount is non-refundable once the slot is confirmed.
- No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations or no-shows.
- Booking transfers to another person may be considered before departure, subject to organiser approval.
- Pickup and drop timings are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
- The itinerary may change depending on weather, local restrictions, availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Accommodation is on a shared basis. Male and female participants are accommodated separately unless a couple-sharing room is booked.
- Lunch, dinner, café expenses, entry fees, personal expenses, and optional activities are not included in the package.
- Mangrove Forest Boat Ride charges are additional and must be paid by participants.
- Matrimandir and the Golden Globe are viewed from outside, subject to local access permissions.
- Participants must maintain respectful behaviour towards fellow travellers, hosts, drivers, accommodation staff, and locals.
- Any damage to accommodation, vehicles, or other property must be paid for by the responsible participant.
- The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Travel, accidental, and medical insurance are not included. Participants are responsible for their personal health, safety, and belongings.
- Consumption or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Sightseeing and activities are subject to operating hours, weather conditions, permissions, and availability.
- No refund will be provided for missed activities or destinations due to weather, traffic, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond the organiser's control.
- If the organiser cancels the trip, participants will be informed about applicable refunds or alternative arrangements.
- Participants must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the dedicated trip host.
