What the Evening Looks Like
This is not a seminar. There's no stage, no slides, no one talking at you.

• 5:15 PM — Introduction Round: Quick, structured introductions so everyone in the room knows who's who within the first 30 minutes.
• 5:45 PM — Ice Breaker Activity: A simple activity that cuts through the awkwardness and gets real conversations going faster than usual.
• 6:15 PM onwards — Open Networking: The rest of the evening is yours. Talk to whoever makes sense. Follow up on whatever came up in the room.
• Small enough that you actually get time with people. Structured enough that you don't waste the first hour figuring out who to talk to.
