The quick answer
Check the club, facts, permissions and customer journey before you publish. For a campaign, also check recipients, consent, template parameters, timing and spending limits.
Follow these steps
Confirm the correct club and experience, then check names, dates, time zones, location, pricing and remaining capacity.
For website work, inspect the affected page and menu in desktop and mobile preview.
Follow every changed button to its destination and check whether it should open a booking, application, enquiry form, external link or contact channel.
For marketing, review the eligible audience, permission to contact them, final message and every template parameter.
Check timing, credit balance and budget. An approved template or an AI draft alone does not authorize a customer send.
Save or publish using the relevant screen, then check the public page or the campaign's recorded status and results.
Record what changed so the next person on your team knows what to check.
Good to know
- Use a small permitted audience when trying a new messaging workflow.
- Changes to an experience's schedule do not automatically mean an announcement was sent; plan any customer update separately.
If something isn’t working
- If public content looks unchanged, check which version is published and whether you are viewing the correct domain.
- If a send is paused, read its reason and fix the eligibility, inventory, template or budget issue before retrying.
